"I attended classes with Cath between 2013 and 2016 and loved every minute. The classes she runs are professional, relaxing, energising, and set in what must be the most beautiful studio and indigenous garden. The atmosphere itself is healing, as is Cath's calm, warm demeanour. She takes extremely good care of each client and I will miss her and the classes very much. When I attended classes regularly, I found I didn't need to go to physio at all, despite my desk job. I also lost weight and had much better posture. "I first signed up for classes with Catherine in January 2016. I had serious back issues and needed the exercise to strengthen my back and core. Catherine was the perfect person to go to. She gave me exercises to not strain my back. She was patient when I couldn't do something and adapted it to suit me. Needless to say, she helped me tremendously and I rarely complain of back pain anymore. I enjoyed the one-on-one classes as she gave me her full attention. I am sure her group classes are just as enjoyable too. I have just left in April 2017 due to work commitments and am very sad to leave.: Vera Ristic
